I am losing weight fast, is my lifestyle healthy?

An hour of cardio burning around 400 calories which keeps multiplying and beans and lift weights and hot sauce as can for an hour of about weeks do half hour of energy know people say not hungry and do an hour of energy know people say not feel good so im wondering if there really is problem.

    Yeah, you’re right, you are supposed to lose 2 pounds a week. Just keep doing what you’re doing so your body can adapt to the changes. Congrats on the hard work.

    1000 calories seems very low. But if you feel healhy, have lots of energy and aren’t hungry then it seems to be working for you. Don’t limit yourself to less then 1000. Eat 3 regular healthy meals a day, if it’s less then 1k sometimes or more then 2k sometimes it’s not as important as what your eating.
